Eternal Subordinationism? (Not On John Frame's Watch)

Is Frame an eternal subordinationist--does he believe the Father is greater than the Son and the Holy Spirit? No. The “association of the Father with ‘authority’” does not place him in a superior position than the Son or the Holy Spirit.

Rather than viewing the divine Persons hierarchically, Frame suggests we think of them triperspectivally; the three are equally ultimate. The Divine Persons taking on the roles that they did, “does not involve ontological subordination. The three persons and their three works are utterly equal, equally worthy of praise.”
