If you've been studying apologetics at all over the last 20 years, you've probably learned some solid arguments against New Atheism, and maybe Islam, Mormonism, and other ideologies believed by those outside the church.

Listen here.

If you've been studying apologetics at all over the last 20 years, you've probably learned some solid arguments against New Atheism, and maybe Islam, Mormonism, and other ideologies believed by those outside the church. But in the last few years a completely new ideology has sprung onto the scene, catching us off-guard and making head-spinning progress *within* the church before many of us even recognized it as a danger. This is the ideology of Critical Theory, or "wokeness," and it presents a unique set of challenges to believers who desire to follow Jesus and obey His word. My guest, Neil Shenvi, is going to help us sort out the tangled web of wokeness in which we currently find ourselves, and get you equipped to navigate the ever-changing world of woke terminology and to respond to woke arguments biblically, lovingly and compellingly. Neil Shenvi grew up in Delaware and attended Princeton University as an undergraduate before earning his PhD in Theoretical Chemistry at UC - Berkeley, where he became a Christian. From 2005-2010, Neil worked as a postdoctoral associate at Yale, where he did research into nonadiabatic dynamics, electron transfer, and surface science. Neil moved down to Durham in 2010 to do research into nonadiabatic dynamics and electronic structure theory at Duke University. Since 2015 Neil has been homeschooling his four children, although he still fiddle with quantum mechanics now and then for fun.
